FusinaLab&Andrea Palladio (International Jewellery Awards)

On May 19th, at the Vicenza Fair, the most interesting and innovative jewellery firms from all over the world were awarded. There were different categories: design, brand, store, marketing, web and packaging. For us it was a great honour to take part in this event: we designed and created the prizes given to the winners of the Andrea Palladio International Jewellery Award. Palladio has to different meanings: it is the name of both the famous architect from Vicenza and the precious element used in the production of jewels. We considered both these meanings when we designed the prize: the result is a refined object that recalls at the same time the facets of the gems and the undefined shape of a meteor. The prize was put inside a box made of black wood which enhance the colours and shape of the trophy. A powerful contrast between colour and absence of colour. You can know who were the winners in the website of the Andrea Palladio International Jewellery Awards.
