FusinaLab at Eurobike 2016: displays and stands made to amaze

A bicycle made of plexiglass, unusually shaped displays: at international trade shows such as German’s Eurobike 2016, FusinaLab with Bassodesign creates quality design solutions.

A bicycle made of plexiglass

Once again, FusinaLab was asked to create powerful display solutions for Italian and international brands at one of the most important events of the bike industry: Eurobike 2016, which took place from August 31st to September 4th in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
For the US brand FSA, Full Speed Ahead, and following a project made by Bassodesign, our team created a plexiglas model of a bicycle to scale, used as a display for a complete drivetrain system. A display and, at the same time, a design item that takes centre stage inside the stand arranged by Conall. The shape of each single element, from the handset to the wheels, from the seat to the frame, was finely cut out. A refined and original way to enhance the product, the drivetrain system in this case, making its context, the bicycle, literally transparent and spectacular at the same time.

Campagnolo Stand: lights and colours
At Eurobike 2016, our team worked on the stand of the Italian brand Campagnolo, racing bicycle components’ producer and distributor. Starting also in this case from the creative project of Studio Bassodesign, FusinaLab made the vertical panels where the drivetrain systems and the wheels were to be displayed. Once more, this exhibit solution was able to successfully combine functionality with lights and colours, never failing to grab the visitors’ attention.

Mountains inside the Elite Stand
New exhibitor, new shape. The bicycle accessories brand Elite asked for a special project to present at Eurobike 2016 its new collection of bottles and bottle cages. FusinaLab, working side by side with Bassodesign, who took care of the creative aspects of the fitting, created an original display using black Mdf (a material derived from wood). Illuminated from the inside with led lights, the display’s shape recalls the silhouette of a mountain hill with different levels of steepness.
